Photocopier Maintenance
We offer full photocopier maintenance for the following brands: HP, Epson, Samsung and Canon. Our photocopier maintenance contracts can be divided into 3 categories:
AMC without Parts (Annual Maintenance Contract)
Under this type of contract, we will send our service engineer to your office once every two months in order to check the photocopier machine and do the preventive maintenance services. (For small faxes and entry level A4 printers, the visits are done quarterly)
Additionally, whenever there is any issue with your copier or all in one printer you can log a call / complaint with our service department and we will send you a qualified service engineer within 4 working hours. Under the AMC, the number of calls / complaints you can log with our service department is unlimited.
With an AMC contract, all labour related costs are offered free of charge whether it be for repairing the machines, replacing spare parts, or even performing a complete overhaul. In case there are any spare parts / consumables which need to be replaced, we will send you a separate quotation with preferential rates.
The duration of this photocopier machine maintenance contract is 1 year but can be renewed. The AMC without parts is the most popular type of contract with our clients.
AMC with Parts
The AMC with parts contract is the exact same thing as the contract mentioned above except that it also includes free replacement of all spare parts regardless of the copy volume.
If during the contract period, and through normal usage the copiers control panel got damaged, the machines control board short circuited, or the ADF got worn out then these items will be replaced for you free of charge. Consumables (Toner / Ink and parts which have a rated life such as the Drum, Fixing Assembly, Developer e.t.c.) are not included in this contract and will be charged separately.
This contract assumes fair usage and care of the machine. If a user deliberately broke the user touch panel, or connected the copier directly to an unstable power supply (like a generator) and burnt the copier’s HVPS then this understandably will not be covered.
The duration of this copier maintenance services contract is for 1 year and can be renewed.
FSMA (Full Service Maintenance Agreement)
The FSMA is the most comprehensive contract we have to offer and covers all labour, consumables and spare parts. The only thing that you will have to purchase is the paper. Everything else is covered.
Under this type of contract, you will be billed based on the monthly copy volume and you will be charged per copy or per click. You will not have to worry about the toner finishing or having to buy any spare parts as we will take care of everything for you.
The photocopier maintenance schedule in this type of contract differs from the other two as we will be sending our service engineer to your office once every month in order to check the photocopier machine, replace any necessary spare parts or consumables and do the preventive maintenance services.
Just like in the previous contracts, whenever there is any issue with the copier, you can log a call / complaint with our service department and we will send you a qualified service engineer within 4 working hours. Under the FSMA contract, the number of calls / complaints you can log with our service department is unlimited.
The duration of this photocopier maintenance contract is from 1 to 3 years and can be renewed.
