Cheque Printing Machine

We all know how irritating and time consuming it is to write cheques manually, especially when there are many cheques to be made for our suppliers. But still many companies these days don’t have cheque printer(s) / cheque printing machine(s) as they are not able to find a reliable and cost effective option.

At National Printing Centre we sell and service several models of Cheque Printer which start with our entry level Pantum Models. We will start with the Pantum P2509W which is a compact A4 laser B&W printer. You can print cheques, A5 and A4 documents with ease. It is a low cost single function model with a print speed of 22ppm and a print resolution of 1,200 x 1,200 dpi. This small A4 printer can be connected to your laptop via Wi-Fi or USB cable and you can even print from it using your mobile.

There are two other entry level multifunction models – small A4 printer models which many of our client also use as cheque printing machines: Pantum M6509NW and Pantum M6559NW. An advantage of these is that both have network capability as well as scanning functionality. The toner is also very low cost and has a yield of 1,600 A4 pages or approximately 6,000 cheques. Both machines are compact in size measuring no more than 41 x 30 x 30cm (W x D x H)

We also have higher end Multifunction Printers / Photocopiers which can be used to print cheques as well as A3, A4 and A5 size documents. Some of these models include the Epson ecoTank Pro L6580, ecoTank Pro L15180 and Workforce Pro WF-C879RDTWFC or WF-C879R. These models are mainly photocopiers and some are able to handle departmental workloads. However they can also print cheques thus saving you the need to purchase multiple machines.

If you decide to purchase one of our cheque printer(s) / Cheque Printing Machine(s) along with the installation and service contract, then we will offer you Cheque Printing Software free of cost. With this, the cheque templates for 99% of the banks in the UAE will be provided.
