Plotter Maintenance
We offer plotter maintenance for Epson, Rowe and Oce plotter printers and our service engineers have been properly trained in order to give you the highest quality of service.
Concerning the plotter maintenance service, we have two different types of contracts:
AMC Without Parts (Annual Maintenance Contract)
The AMC without Parts contract offers you preventive maintenance visits as well as routine checkup visits for your wide format printer equipment. Our service engineer will visit your office once every 2 months for this.
In case of any breakdowns or technical issues, you can log a call with our technical department and we will send you a qualified engineer in 4 working hours. There is no limit on the number of logged calls / complaints under this contract.
The AMC covers all labour related costs regardless of the number of visits or calls logged with our service department. If and when required, spare parts and consumable items which include the Epson plotter maintenance Box will be invoiced separately based on your approval.
For our clients with maintenance agreements, we have preferential rates for the spare parts and consumables they require. The duration of this plotter printer maintenance agreement is 1 year and can be renewed.
FSMA (Full Service Maintenance Agreement)
FSMA is a comprehensive service agreement which covers: labour, spare parts and consumables. The contract is based on a pay per click or pay per page billing and everything else (except the paper rolls) is taken care of by us.
Under this type of contract, a service engineer will visit your office once a month to check your large format printer, replace any spare parts or consumables that may be required and perform the preventive maintenance service.
In case of any technical issues or breakdowns, you can call our service department and we will send you a service engineer within 4 working hours in order to fix the issue. The number of calls / complaints you can log with our technical department is unlimited.
Due to the different technology used by the machines for printing, we are only able to offer the FSMA contract for laser based plotter machines such as those produced by Rowe and Oce. The duration of the FSMA printer maintenance services contract is from 1 to 3 years and can be renewed.
