Printer Service
We offer printer repair service for Single Function, Multifunction and All in One Printer models from Epson, HP, Samsung and Canon. This covers A4 as well as A3 machines. Additionally we offer all the original Spare Parts and Consumables (Imaging Unit, Toner, Ink) for these devices.
Our one time service/repair charge covers:
- Full checking of the machine
- Diagnosing the problem
- Fixing the machine without replacing any spare parts if possible
- Giving you an estimate of the spare parts / consumables required (if any)
- Replacing all necessary spare parts / consumables upon getting your approval
- Final testing and re-checking of the machine
In order to provide quick and efficient service, our response time is 4 working hours (for clients within 50 km of the main city) and we can dispatch our technicians within 24 working hours for clients in far out areas.

In the rare case that your printer requires many parts to be replaced, and it is more cost effective to buy a new machine, we are able to offer you Trade-in / Buyback options for your old equipment.
Many of our corporate clients opt for an annual Printer Maintenance agreement as this offers them an unlimited number of free breakdown calls as well as routine preventive maintenance visits. These types of agreements will always greatly extend the life of your equipment. We only recently replaced a printer which one of our clients had purchased way back in 2002. All these years the printer was under an AMC agreement and the machine was still in good condition however it became impossible to find spare parts.
